    Post verbs

hello!! I am from Brazil and I have many doubts !!!!
is there any diference among "to speak", "to say" and "to tell"? E.G.

what did you speak to her?
    what did you say her?
    what did you tell her?

    or

Speak to her what I did!
    Say her what I did!
    Tell her what I did!

    Thanks!!!
