Hello:
If we imagine a laptop that we are using for the display of a series of pictures, so as a tool for such a function as if it were a frame, which would be the most approprite expression:
I can display all of my pictures on this single frame? or I can display .... in a single frame?
I think the idea of a screen "on" which you see the pictures must be translated to this other context, but I have come upon the idea of the computer (frame) as a tool, more than a screen.
Well, pehaps this is all mental rubbish because it is now 2:00 in the morning and I am drowsy.
Anyway, I am not sure about the correct expression.
I can display the pictures in a single frame (the computer), focusing on the idea of a computer as an electronic tool for this function; or "on a single frame", considering the screen, which is the final element that displays the images.
I think the second option as the most reliable: on a single frame, because the images are displayed on the screen.
What do you think, my friends?
Good night, and thank you.
If I understand your sleepy explanation & context, I would go with "in" not "on"![]()
