Default modifyers of adverbs and adjectives

About introductions to the linguistics studies,a book entitled Knowledge of Language, from Noam Chomsky ,written in 1984 and published in 1986 , he talks about the nature,origin and use of the language. is there anything you can say about the language of animals ?

asfar as i know dolphins have intresting and unsolved cominication system.and i m not sure but bees has too.

Bees communicate by dancing. Whales can communicate by singing, and can stop a song midway and then, 6 months later, take it up from where they left off.

Birdsong is quite complicated too, and has regional 'accents'.

The problem is that all of these are very basic communication, and it is hard to view them as 'language'.
