Default what should you keep in mind during interview using English?

Hi all,

I am just wondering during job interview in English, what you should oe should not?

1. when you speak, should you take care of your grammers? (minus mistakes are acceptable?) or?

2. how can I speak fluent English? how to practice it?

Please advise. thanks.

It is a good idea to use good grammar during a job interview. Certainly, you should speak clearly and distinctly.

As an employer, I cannot emphasize too greatly the importance of English fluency during interviews for serious jobs.

Practising speaking is a question of contact. What contact do you have with Native Speakers?
