Default Joining of sentences

There is a relation between A and B. There is a relation between C and D. There is a relation between C and E.

How do I join the three sentences?

Thanks in advance.

Why do you want to join them?

If A & B have no connection to C,D, and E then A & B are probably better with a sentence of their own.

If C is connected to both D & E you may be able to join them; the manner would depend on the relationship.

Expanding on the subject a bit, the decision to join sentences or not has more factors than simply having a connection. You also need to consider clarity, length, flow, balance, context, and the previous and subsequent sentences.

In short, just because a pair of sentences can be connected doesn't always mean they should be.

If there is a relation between A and B and there is a relation between C and D, it doesn't mean that there is a relation between C and E.

The fact that there is a relation between A and B and a relation between C and D does not imply that there is a relation between C and E.

These are just two of the possible combinations.

There is a relation between A and B. There is a relation between C and D. There is a relation between C and E.

Can I joined them together as follows, ignoring the mathematical aspect?
There is a relation between A and B, C and D, and C and E.

Thanks in advance.

There is a relation between A and B, between C and D and between C and E.
This would show that between A and B and C and D there was no relation at all.

If we are just talking about A,B,C, etc and they don't signify anything, try this way

"A is related to B, and C is related to both D and E"

In your sentence there is some ambiguity. It could read that units A&B, C&D, C&E are all related to each other

'There is a relation between (A&B), (C&D), and (C&E)'
