I think this sentence is present continuous in Active Voice.

Can I say (I am laughed) for its Passive Voice?

I was actually pointing out that it should be 'I am laughed at' and not just 'I am laughed'.

Neither.

1. is wrong because you are laughing not the tourists.
2. is wrong because you made the tourists laugh but not by telling jokes. They are laughing at you and not at what you said.They are making fun of you. When you are laughed at, it has a negative meaning.

e.g. I am often laughed at for being slow in understanding jokes but I don't really care.
