Default Are The Correct?

1. Of all the small community banks in our market, not a single one is currently in the high-risk, low-return and volume-driven residential mortgage business.

2. Of all the small community banks in our market, I know of no one that is currently in the high-risk, low-return and volume-driven residential mortgage business.

Please kindly tell me whether or not the two sentences above are grammatically correct. If yes, which one is a better sentence? Thanks.

Both are grammatically sound. Which you use is stylistic choice.
