American Ascent language tools

Hi,
I moved to US from India. My English is not good at all (bit ok). I am facing two problems 1) Learning English 2)American Ascent.

Could anybody suggest me if any language software is avaiable (I can't afford a 3 digit dollar amount) a Trail version/Full version to learn American Ascent.

My mother tongue is Telugu (second largest Indian language, more than 100 million people speak).

If you provide me links to learn English thru Telugu.. that could help me a lot..
