Default first certificate

Dear Teacher,
I'm going to take the First Certificate exam in June.
As I cannot continue the course I was attending, I would like to have some suggestion about a good "book" instead. I wish to buy a book which has standard exercises as the First Certificate will be.
Could you please give me some advice?

Thank you in advance for your help.
Best wishes
Claudia

WS Fowler generally can be relied on to go through an exam in a thorough way:
