Default talk to/talk with good to/good for...

What is the difference between 1) "talk to" and "talk with" 2) "good to" and "good for" 3) "speak" and "talk" ?

1a) "talk to" (One speaker does most of the talking in the conversation)
EX: I want to talk to you.
1b) "talk with" (Both speaker share in the conversation)
EX: I want to talk with you.

2a) "good to" (Somebody treats somebody well)
EX: She is good to me.
2b) "good for" (Somebody or something benefits somebody)
EX: It is good for me. /She is good for me.

Synonyms
3a) "speak to, speak with, speak about" (Utter sound)
3b) "talk to, talk with, talk about" (Utter sound)
