Default Accompany through: is that correct?

    Hi everyone!
I need some help by an English/American native speaker:

    1. is "accompany through" correct, or does the verb accompany require always "TO"? The sentence is the following:

"A voyage that accompanies the visitor from Piero della Francesca's birthplaces through the Renaissance courts". What if I use "guide" instead of accompany?

    2. goldsmith crafts or goldsmith's crafts?

Thank you very much in advance!

If anyone needs help with translating from English (or German and French) to Italian, don't hesitate to contact me!

    Ciao,
    Udi

    1. I suggest using guides rather than accompanies. (A person can accompany another person, but I don't see how a voyage can.)

    2. Offhand, I prefer goldsmith's crafts, but it would be helpful if you would use it in a sentence.
