possessive between plural and singular
I'm always confused in using possesive in plural and singular especially when it plural
for example : "the students' book" we need to add ' (apostrophe) comes after the "S"
but the noun like "children" for example " the childrens' doll " is that right? because "children" is plural and no "S"

the student's book=the book of the student
the students' book= the book of the students
the children's book= the book of the children (takes 's because the plural does not end with an s)
