Default Pragmatics and semantics

I need help with this problem.... I have reviewed all my notes for pragmatics and semantics, but im not sure I am on the right track... can someone please help me? My thoughts are listed below the probem.

Pragmatics and semantics are fields of linguistics that take different perspectives on meaning. Look at the following exchange and explain how it illustrates the difference(s) between pragmatics and semantics:

A: Have some coffee. Your hands aren’t shaking enough.
B. Why should my hands be shaking? Who wants hands that shake?
A: Forget it. Don’t get hot under the collar.
B: Collars? Who’s wearing a collar? I’m in a tee-shirt here, you know?
A. Yes, tee-shirts are nice.
B. Who asked you? Are you a clothing designer or something?
A. Well, my grandma was a designer.
B. Now we’re talking about your grandma. What’s she got to do with it?

Well, you get the idea. What speech acts is A trying to make that B misunderstands? An overlapping question is, What implicatures does A try to make that B does not take up? What maxims does A flout that B does not recognize as intentionally flouted?

In the beginning of the conversation Speaker A is using conversational implicature to imply something that he/she is not actually saying,
example;
Forget it. Don’t get hot under the collar.
Speaker a is impling that Speaker B is getting upset. Speaker A is telling Speaker B not to get upset by Speaker As previous comment.
