I don't improve in spoken english.

Hello.

I'm Marcelo, from Chile and I've been studying translation for 1 year. I've been practicing a lot to adopt a british accent (or pronunciation, standard RP) and many people have told me now that my accent is quite good. But I left to improve my spoken english:-(. I can pronounce the words and phrases very well but it still hard to me speak frequently, it's hard think in english for me. What can I do to improve both at the same time, my knowledge about english and my spoken ?. Are there some exercises I can do ?. Please, help me ! Thank you very much !!!:lol:
