Default request letter

Hi Sir,
This is Ali Ahmed whose native language is not English. I will get a scholarship from my company to either the US or UK. Unfortunately, I can't choose the conutry where I prefer to study, and my coordinator who will decide which one I am going to go. So, I want to write a formal letter for my coordinator to choose my prefered country. However, I have no idea how to write a request letter in English to him. I am really looking for you help to get this done.

I appreciate your help and looking for your quick response.

Ali
