ESL teacher interview needed I need to interview an ESL teacher/certified professional, anyone willing to complete the survey please answer to the following questons in a reply, Thanks ESL Professional Interview Teacher’s Name:

- What teaching methods have you found to be most/least effective?
- Can you give me examples of how you modify instruction for a variety of learners?
- How well prepared were you for the range of abilities in a single class (gifted-disabled)?
- How has technology changed how you teach and how you communicate with students?
- How much time in your school day is allotted for planning?
- Is this time sufficient and how does the amount of time for planning change from year-to-year?
- Developing positive relationships with both parents and students is necessary for teachers. Can you give me insight in establishing those relationships?
