Hello there,

I would like to write a complaint. Can you please help me on this?

I haven't filed a formal complaint (not legal complaint), but I would like to say something like I will preserve the right to do that.

"I regret to hear your reluctance of dealing with this matter, and I preserve the rights to take further actions."

Can you please help me to check if there is any better way to say. Thank you.

I regret to hear of your reluctance to deal with this matter, and I preserve the rights to take further actions. The correct way is to say "I reserve the right to take further action"
