Question Looking for a questionary form

Hi teacher(s)!

I have a very special question so don't get surprised please! I am looking for a questioning sentence which its reply sentence could be "Ronald Reagan is the 40th president of the USA". please note that the main aim of above reply is to show the sequential number of all USA's presidents. Is it any standard question form available for this response?

Thanks for your attention and waiting for your reply

Regards, Fred.

Thank you very much for your reply. However, it seems that this question in English is much more complex than our language, Persian. Thank you again.
