I know indvidul word meaning for `reproduced, transmitted' but I can't understand that in this context.

Reproduced basically means copied and transmitted basically means sent (to someone else). So, you are not allowed to make any copies of the book and you are not allowed to send copies to anyone (unless you have permission).
