All I know is that you should say 'He doesn't know' and not 'He don't know'.

Try reading the questions and the answers this way:

Question: Is #7 He don't know bad English?
Answer: Yes. TRUE. It's bad English.

Question: Is #9 He don't know correct?
Answer: No. FALSE. It's incorrect.
