simple english problem
when we say "cumulative loan approval and disbursement"
does it mean
cumulative loan approval and cumulative disbursement ? I am worried whether in english things are made shortcut like that way ...is it correct ?

I would assume it means the cumulative disbursed amount as well, but if you give a little more context, we can give a better answer.
The cumulative approved and disbursed amounts is clear.
(Is this about student loans, by any chance?)
