What do you type as a header for the 2nd page of a business letter?

Nothing - you can put "/2" to indicate that it is the second page.

Regarding business letters, I was taught the following:

Any pages after the first should be on plain paper, not letterhead.

Near the top of the second page, and at the left margin, type the addressee's name, the date of the letter, and the words "Page 2." Then go down about four vertical spaces and continue the text of your leter.

    Example:

    Mr. John Smith
    April 13, 2007
    Page 2
