Would like to know whether there is any issue with the letter below:



"As part our efforts of improving support experience to our value customers, we would like to introduce a better support procedure for providing more consistent support coverage."



Or whether there is any way to improve it.

An awful lot of support here.

As part of our effort to improve support for our valued customers, we [would like to/intend to/aim to] introduce better procedures. These will ensure that we can consistently provide a broad range of solutions to problems.
