My question is about subjunctive, how can i explain its forms and what about usage? In Spanish it is totally different...

whats the meaning of : come what may, we will go ahead

could it be: whatever come, we'll be able to solve it and go ahead???

and the meaning of: suffice it to say that...

The subjunctive has many uses in English. Your example uses the present subjunctive almost as a command to the forces of nature, as when we say "God save the King" or "Let freedom ring". It could be restated as "Whatever comes" or "No matter what comes".

The past subjunctive is basically only seen in the form 'if I were' as an alternative to 'if I was'. In British English, the subjunctive is used less than in American,and is largely confined to sentences expressing wishes like 'God help you'.
