good ofter noon

sir I want to a dictionary or web page whic I read phragraiph and it pronounce me . Like: flashkit.com if you would chacke you would clearly understand.
I would be greatful to you if you sort it this solution for me.

You can use Microsoft Narrator with Intertnet Explorer- you'll find it in the Accessability folder of Accessories in the Start Menu.
