Should school be capitalized in this sentence?

The spring 2001 workshop was held at Chesterfield High School to demonstrate a new aquaponics system that is being developed and to strengthen collaboration between the School and project farmers.


Since this is referring to a particular school, it should be capitalized - right?
What is the rule on this?

No, do not capitalize it.

It's still a generic noun in that sense, even though you are talking about a specific.

I went to Boston, and boy, does that city have some good restaurants - you wouldn't capitalize city, right? Even if it were:
I went to New York City, and that city has fabulous night life.
