Default English grammar continued

Hi again, sorry I did not complete the last part of that exercise! The sentences are:

"I've got a headache."
"I've got a sore throat."
"I've got a cough."

I'll still leave that for you. If you barely spoke English, what words in the sentences would be difficult for you to pronounce, spell, or understand? How would you communicate the meanings to the students? :wink:
