Is it right?
fats,oils and milk.
Can i say different types of fats , like we eat different types of fats.

Yes, you can. If you're thinking anout it as a substance in general it is uncountable, but if you are thinking about butter, lard, ghee, etc, then use the plural.

It is not wrong to say "different types of fats", but you are actually talking about "types of fat". The category is "fat" (singular) and there are different types. If you are going to pluralize "fat" then "different fats" would work just as well.
