Default The correct form

Hi, can you tell which possibility is right ?

"Can you read?" Mary said, ... to the notice.

a) pointing angrily
b) and pointed angry
c) angrily pointed
d) and angrily pointing

It could not be c with and, it has comma... :D

The prescription against using 'and' after a comma is ridiculous. And so is the one against starting a sentence with 'And'. The sentence
