Default issue with plural or singular use of noun

Here's the issue:

Is it correct to say;

"approximately one hours drive from the city center of Oslo"?

The issue is regarding the use of "s" in "hours".

Looking forward to your reply!

Best regards

Do you have the grammatical explanation as well? So I might gain a greater understanding of the issue?

The first option is using a possessive - one hour's [length] - to indicate the time it will take to drive...

The second option is using an adjectival phrase - "a one-hour" - to describe the time it will take to drive...
