Hmmm, "even" really makes E and F stand out, in my opinion - which I don't want. Again, my goal is to name the first and the last item of the list, and mention a couple of other items between - but these items have nothing special. They are just mentionned for, say, the flow of the sentence (in order to have an enumeration).
Is it clearer ?

I'd say 'through'. 'Including' is a bit emphatic = 'not forgetting [as maybe you would/as some people might]'.
