Outstanding matters / Handover Notes (Before leave the present company)
Before I leave the company that I’m working rite now, I have to write a notes regarding Outstanding matters / Handover Notes. I already told everyone thru verbal, but the HR dept. still want it in black and white.
Actually, there is nothing more to say, but they want it for record purposes.
Any idea how can I make Handover Notes…just to tell that everything is finish and nothing outstanding matters there…
Thanks in advance

Make a list of all the jobs you have been doing
State what you have done for each job
State what needs completing, and also what needs to be followed-up to confirm completion.
Keep it simple and make sure you check your spellings.
