punctuation:

Eid-ul-Adha and Eid-Ul-Fitr are muslim festivals.
OR
Eid-ul-Adha and Eid-Ul-Fitr are Muslim festivals.


second question.

Ahmed eats .... egg daily. (a or an) ?

Regarding the first question, you should definitly use "are Muslim festivals."
