in the sentence : letīs keep our correspondence only by email
is the sentence correct as correspondence is written letters? or the ord correspondence could have another meaning?

Re: correspondence
"correspondence" is the action or fact of corresponding, and in the modern world I think e-mails can be regarded as written exchanges of information or opinion.
The sentence itself might be better expressed
# Let's keep our correspondence to e-mail
# Let's correspond by e-mail only
