Neither is what I would expect a native speaker to say and neither is particularly grammatical in itself.

It would be far more likely to be "Grow up!" OR "Stop being so childish!" OR "It's time you grew up!" More politely, "Isn't it time you stopped behaving like a child?"

They are both wrong in many ways.

In principle though, to grow out of childhood is to become an adult and it is a bit silly to ask them to do it faster!
