Default is let at last

I am triyng to translate in my language Pride an Prejudice and I am not sure about the mining of "is let" in the below phrase:

have you heard that Netherfield Park is let at last

Default Re: is let at last

Netherfield Park was to let - was available to be rented.

"To let something" = allow someone to have the use of a room or property in return for payment.
