2. it is the very first biographical book dedicated to MC

and also:
a book dedicated to or about

In this case, you should put it is the first biographical book dedicated to MC.

If you want to say that that it is TRULY the first, you can say the VERY FIRST book.

And it is dedicated to, never ABOUT.
