 Teachers please help me!
Hello all,
I need help. In a few days I give a speech about mass media. My classmates and I have decided to make it like Tv show with questions and answers. Then the audience (the other students) will give their own opinions.
Could you please correct my two short answers?
1) the question is about internet and the lack of familiy communication.
* Nowadays, more and more people are spending lots of hours in front of the computer and this not only affects their family communication but also their social life. For instance, Many of them tend to withdraw into themselves and only relate to those who are part of that cyber society.
2) the question is about people who meet and fall in love with each other over the internet.
* Although we usually hear about people who have fallen in love over the internet and started a life together, the fact is that they are the minority. Most of the cases we know ended up in a tragedy. Specially cases of children who are often deceived by evil strangers who pass themselves off as nice friends. Therefore, I think it's not a good idea that people meet others on the internet because you never know what kind of person you are dealing with.
