I am working as a travel assistant in travel trade. Most business are doing by e mail. So i will really appriciate if you can send me some patterns to greetings mail. I will give you some exaples herewith,

Thanking you and assuring you of our best services at all times

I am not sure that there are specific patterns. However, you could say when first replying to an e-mail: "Thank you for choosing ABC Travel. our aim is to be of assistance to our clients and hope we can help you."
