The adverb "nearly"

Hello.

I have a couple of questions:

1. Where is the adverb "nearly" placed in this sentence: It costs nearly 20 pounds/ It nearly costs 20 pounds.

2. You have to fight against mutants who are being threatening to the whole world. Is it correct to say "who are being threatening" or should it just be "who are threatening"..?

3. The sound and graphics of the game is good/The sound and graphics og the game are good. Is "sound and graphics" 3rd person plural?

==> It nearly costs 20 pounds. (You mean, I don't have to pay for it?)

2. You have to fight mutants, who are threatening to take over the whole world.

3. The sound and graphics of the game are good.
