first child/firstborn child
If a woman is pregnant and her baby is actually her first one, is it correct to define a baby not yet been born a "firstborn child" or is i t better to say "her first child"?
So in this sentence: They called the doctor to ask her to help Cindy to give birth to her firstborn child/first baby
It is in this sentence fundamental to highlight that it was the first baby the woman had..............
