Default Indian accent reduction pacakage??

I know the best thing to do is to hear the native speakers speak and imitate them but I want to buy some sort of an indian accent reduction pacakage/program to go with that just so that I have something that I can follow. Can any one please suggest me any resource( I mean I want to have sometihing to follow rather than just listening to random words and trying to copy)

PS: I am in US now. I have been here for the last 2 years.
