The interviewer would say 'I'm interviewing PC', and PC would say any of these: 'I'm being interviewed by New Musical Express/I'm giving [or, informally, "doing... for"] an interview to [or "for"] NME'. Typically, celebrities don't know the name of their interviewer, so they give the name of the publication.

"To interview sb" and "an interview with sb"; you can check it in the dictionary. Btw, have you ever watched the film Interview with the Vampire? :))

sure I have but..............well to tell you the truth I didn't know the title was INterview with etc etc
