Hi,
I am not sure about the meaning of:
"uniform cheerfulness of manner"
and
"suspicions of the impertinent"

Jane was always cheerful.

'The suspicions of the impertinent' would be rumours like 'that Jane Bennet - I reckon she fancies Mr Bingley' (although they probably wouldn't have used the same vocabulary!)

and
uniform cheerfulness of manner

this is what I don't know an understand.

"uniform cheerfulness of manner" means she was always good-tempered and pleasant, whatever happens.

Here, uniform is: • adjective not varying in form or character; the same in all cases and at all times

Uniform is as explained by Anglika. The point of using 'uniform cheerfulness of manner' rather than just 'cheerfulness' is that Jane made a show, in social contexts, of cheerfulness - even when she didn't feel cheerful. (I won't spoil the plot, but you'll find out later in the book why this is important - both to her and to Lizzy.)
