Hello Everyone,

I have received an garment diagram in which there is a sentence I can't properly comprehend? Can you please explain the sentence to me?

The sentence is :

1/4"*7"ON FOLD CLEAR ELASTIC HANGER LOOPS.

My question here is what is hanger loops?

Hanger loops are those loops sewn into garments to ensure they do not fall off hangers.
