Default walk into it...

Hi there,

What is the meaning of "walk into it" in the below statement?

"Got hurt feelings? What someone said has nothing to do with us, only what they are attracting into their experience, and we happened to walk into it."

Does it mean we're accidentally involved in whaterver happens to those guys, like...walk into their experience???

tks, :?

Yes. It is a strange metaphor. Don't bother yourself too much with this self-help jargon. Most people don't speak English like that.

Ah! I didn't know that. Well, good luck. I'm not sure all this jargon will translate very well.
