Default the passive form

Good morning everybody!

I am in trouble with the passive form. The sentence I have to change is:

The association XXX raised, for charity, 200.000.000 euros in 3 years (here, of course I mean over a three-year period)

is it fine to put it this way:

200.000.000 euros were raised for charity in 3 years by the association XXX

Thanks!
