There's a phrase in one of Avril Lavigne's song, which i can't understand. It's "leave out "E"". Can you help me to understand it?

I have no idea of the context, but 'E' is often used as an abbreviation for Ecstasy (the drug popular in night-clubs frequented by young 'ravers'). She might be telling someone to stay away from that drug, or - depending on context - promising that she will.
