    Default president's rule

Gurjar leaders, who met in Delhi in the day, demanded that the Centre dismiss the state government and put Rajasthan under President's rule.

    Please explain the `persident's rule'.

Is this mean = `president will rule the state (Rajasthan'?

    Default Re: president's rule

The president will rule directly, not the state government.
