The standard is, we are in the process of updating our web pages. That's possessive our, so an apostrophe would work. Your other option--not that you only have one, would be to omit the apostrophe and consider the name the College of Business and ... as an adjective, describing the kind of web pages that are being updated.

It's your choice.

The College of Business and Applied Professional Sciences is updating our web pages, www.Belcher.scsu.edu, and we will be adding a biography and a picture of each faculty member. Therefore, I am asking that each faculty member provide me with a biography. We will make arrangements for you to have you picture taken.
